Francesca San Diego, CEO and Principal Consultant
Francesca San Diego has over twenty years of experience in finance and business management in a wide range of organizations, including three start-up ventures. She is very effective in complex situations that require sound business judgment and innovative problem solving. Her conceptual and analytical skills are highly developed and she has demonstrated excellent leadership talent.
Ms. San Diego’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, finance and business development. Her background includes projects in industries as diverse as entertainment, technology, computer software, sustainable energy and humanitarian. Currently, she is President and CEO of Quest Business Consulting, a firm that provides strategic planning and business development services to a broad range of clients with sustainable business philosophies. She assists clients through the process of turning a concept into a focused, organized business opportunity. This includes project design and management, business plan development, financial modeling, strategic planning, contract negotiation, organizational change and business restructuring.
Her experience includes key financial positions at Sony and The Wherehouse, serving as CFO of an Internet start-up and CFO and COO of a global entertainment business where she had full P&L responsibility. She has also served on the boards of commercial and non-profit organizations and teaches a Green Business Return-On-Investment Extension Class at Cal State San Marcos.
Ms. San Diego holds a BS in Mathematics and Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
Colleen Anderson, Finance and Operations Consultant
Colleen Anderson has thirty-three years of business experience during which she held a number of senior executive positions in both private and U.S. public companies. She has been involved in six start-up ventures, three in which she served as the CEO and led the venture capital fundraising effort. A key venture was an electronic funds transfer business that grew to annual revenues in excess of US$100 million, transferring US$2 billion per year primarily through the US bank interchange system.
Ms. Anderson began her career as a financial analyst for a Saudi Arabian company involved in a variety of international projects. In addition to starting and operating several of her own ventures, Ms. Anderson has participated in a broad range of industries including: software development, financial services as a licensed stock broker and certified financial planner, Internet-based businesses and the entertainment industry. Ms. Anderson’s undergraduate studies were in finance and economics, with graduate studies at the University of Washington in business.
Liese Cornwell, Financial Analyst
Liese Cornwell has over 25 years of experience managing a wide variety of business and personal financial interests, with a proven track record of delivering effective financial analysis and the insight necessary to support critical financial decisions. Her work history encompasses a broad spectrum of experience, including a multi-million dollar world-renowned medical center, a $60 million family owned business in the entertainment industry, a $200 million non-profit organization and several Fortune 500 companies, domestic as well as international.
Liese Cornwell earned a BS in Business Administration – Finance at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California. She also attended Schiller College in Heidelberg, Germany to study International Finance. As an accomplished professional, she possesses a strong combination of integrity and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure financial success for your company.
